Third Party Insurance Administration (TPA)
Certe Group provides third party administration solutions to the financial services industry. Our TPA services include, (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with preparation of Product Disclosure Statements
- Training advisers on TPA clients' insurance offering, providing greater insurance awareness to assist their clients' risk management needs
- Developing management reports, premium reports and quoting systems for TPA clients
- Working with clients to provide easy data uploads
- Daily processing of new member applications and underwriting
- Preparing and forwarding all underwriting requirements, standard and special acceptances and decline notices, via email to various individual advisers associated with TPA clients
- Processing adjustments as required and
- Processing of monthly premium calculations and forwarding data in agreed format to TPA clients
