We understand that trustees of SMSFs have particularly onerous administrative obligations. While we cannot relieve the trustee of their legal responsibilities, we provide the trustee with a whole suite of ongoing administrative financial services to make SMSF management more time efficient.

Our services include:

  • Preparation and lodgment of SMSF annual returns which include income tax returns, statutory financial statements and member contribution statements
  • Statutory audit
  • Preparation of minutes
  • Acting as a mailbox for correspondence relating to your listed investments and cash accounts.

Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Set up

Where it is appropriate your investment strategy includes the setup of a Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF), our administration entity, Australian Group Insurances Pty Ltd (AGI), can arrange all relevant compliance documentation on behalf of the trustee. Broadly, this includes trust deed and investment strategy preparation, minutes and all relevant applications to the Australian Taxation Office. In the event a company trustee is required, our services also include all documentation required for company incorporation.
