Donna has been with the Certe Group team since 2003, providing support to principal advisers as well as managing the Group Risk division. She is the key contact for any matters pertaining to group insurance plans, deals with Certe Group's HR policies and procedures, and manages marketing and communications for the company.
She has been active in providing specialist risk advice, particularly in the area of group risk, developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and life companies. She holds a Bachelor degree in Communication (Public Communication) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). She is currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
